Step by Step Method

Step 1

Cook chicken, cut off bone, de-skin and cut into bite size pieces and simmer for 1 hour in water and bouillon. Save broth for other things.

Step 2

In ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan, layer beans (still frozen) and cooked chicken.

Step 3

Mix soup and sour cream and pour over chicken. Mix stuffing using 3/4 cup water (chicken broth) and one stick butter. (Use broth from cooked chicken)

Step 4

Spoon lightly on top of other ingredients.

Step 5

Bake covered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees and uncovered 15 minutes longer.
