Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a wok or skillet add oil and heat on medium, add shallots and stir fry for 1-2 minutes

Step 2

Add prepared swiss chard, toss with shallots and cover the pan, cook 2 minutes

Step 3

Remove cover and cook a further minute. Drain any liquid

Step 4

Stir in the feta cheese, 30 seconds, add pine nuts and season with salt and pepper

wow, the feta added to the swiss chard is fantastic, the dish has sooo much flavour, we loved it, and a lovely little crunch with the pine nuts, loverrley!! I had no shallots, so I subed with regular onion, it was fine. Thanks for posting i will be making this again.
