Step 1: In a wok or skillet add oil and heat on medium, add shallots and stir fry for 1-2 minutes
Step 2: Add prepared swiss chard, toss with shallots and cover the pan, cook 2 minutes
Step 3: Remove cover and cook a further minute. Drain any liquid
Step 4: Stir in the feta cheese, 30 seconds, add pine nuts and season with salt and pepper
