" Healthy, iron rich, low cal vegetable - Tasty too. Great with the added feta cheese and pine nuts. Do not overcook. This recipe goes well as a side dish for a Chinese meal"

Excellent veggie dish! I used extra feta cheese and really enjoyed the nuttiness of the pine nuts. (reviewed April 24, 2002)
