Step 1
Remove the tips of the wings and reserve these to add to your stock pot.
Step 2
Heat a wok to hot and to this aedd the vegetable oil, garlic, ginger and chilli and stir around and then add the chicken wings and then stir fry them until they are golden brown.
Step 3
To the wok then add the black beans, stock and soy sauce and continue to cook over a high heat, stirring occasionaly until the sauce is reduced to a glaze by which time the wings will be cooked.
Step 4
Serve with rice and a scatter of coriander leaves and extra chilli.
