"A good-for-you salad with plenty of iron - the dressing keeps the apples from turning brown, so everything can be made ahead of time and just tossed with the greens before serving."

I served this at a luncheon and it really made a hit - I thought there would be way too much but every morsel was disappeared. Making the dressing and adding the apples, cranberries and onions - refrigerate them and then at the last minute toss it all to gether is super. I love your recipes Willow and I sure love this one.31 Dec 2015 Served this salad with tradituonal "Tourchier" for our New Year Eve dinner - A perfect companion. I used more apples that called for - they were so crisp & good.
