Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine the thoroughly dried spinach with all ingredients (if mixture is too wet add in a couple tablespoons of flour).
Step 2
Heat the oil to 350.
Step 3
Flour your hands and shape the spinach into 1-1/2" ovals. Deep fry 5-6 at a time for about 3-4 minutes. Turning once.
