Step by Step Method
Step 1
Drizzle oil over bottom of a large skillet and bring to medium heat.
Step 2
Add the leeks mushrooms, smoked paprika and garlic powder.
Step 3
Cook until leeks are translucent.
Step 4
Rinse spinach and add to skillet.
Step 5
Cook until soft and season with salt and pepper to taste.
