Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 tablespoon oil (vegetable oil)
  • 6 ounces fresh baby spinach
  • 6 ounces mushrooms
  • 1 leek (cleaned, green and white parts, sliced thin)
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (smoked)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Drizzle oil over bottom of a large skillet and bring to medium heat.

  • Step 2: Add the leeks mushrooms, smoked paprika and garlic powder.

  • Step 3: Cook until leeks are translucent.

  • Step 4: Rinse spinach and add to skillet.

  • Step 5: Cook until soft and season with salt and pepper to taste.
