Lovely presentation with the green onion and mushrooms floating in the broth. Next time I make this soup I will omit the sesame oil. I still liked the soup with it in but I felt it detracted from the plain simple flavour that this soup sgould have.

What a lovely spicy broth! I used 2 cups beef broth and 1 cup homemade veggie broth as that is what needed to be used up. Added a wee bit of soy sauce and the heat was just how we like it. Thanks Bea for another recipe that will be made again. Made for the Billboard Recipe Tag.
