Step by Step Method

Step 1

Place the wings on a baking sheet and season both sides with salt and pepper.

Pour the flour in a paper bag or large bowl and toss the wings./fir tge say

Place the wings on a wire rack.

Set inside a baking sheet or on the counter.

Step 5

For the sauce, in a small pot over medium heat combine the peanut butter, sriracha, soy sauce, jelly, and coconut cream.

Step 6

Slowly whisk in the hot water to loosen the mixture.

Step 7

Bring sauce to a simmer and whisk as it thickens, about 5 mins.

Step 8

Taste and season with a pinch of salt, if needed, and a few grounds of pepper.

Step 9

Heat oil in a Dutch oven, large pot, or fryer to deep fry, about 6 inches.

Step 10

Heat to 360 degrees.

Step 11

Fry wings in batches until golden brown, 12-14 mins.

Step 12

Drain on paper towels.

Step 13

Place some of the hot sauce in a large bowl.

Step 14

Toss wings in sauce to thoroughly coat.

Step 15

Place wings on a serving tray and sprinkle with nuts.

Step 16

Serve.
