"This was a hand out at our local grocery store...they were displaying and offering tastings...this is from murrayscheese.com. I'm sure that any Gouda will work so I'm sharing this recipe with that in mind. This is great served on crackers or cut vegetables...you can use low fat ingredients if desired."
