Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix first 5 ingredients in gallon-size resealable plastic bag.
Step 2
Dip wings in milk then coat wings 2-3 at a time in the bag until evenly coated. Lightly shake off excess coating and arrange wings on a greased baking pan. Generously spray wings with butter spray so coating is moist.
Step 3
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Turn wings spray to moisten coating. 5.Bake additional 15-20 minutes or until crispy-brown.
