Step 1
Place chicken between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound with a meat mallet until 1/2-inch thick.
Step 2
Combine garlic, thyme, salt and pepper; rub over one side of each piece of chicken.
Step 3
Brown chicken in butter 8-10 minutes (until juices run clear), turning once.
Step 4
Remove chicken from pan and keep warm.
Step 5
Add broth to pan and heat 1 minute; remove from heat and stir in vinegar.
Step 6
Pour sauce over chicken and serve (or, just add chicken back into pan and turn a few times to coat).
