Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a medium bowl, whisk together the first 6 ingredients.

Step 2

Place the chicken in a large, re-sealable plastic bag and pour in the marinade; press out the air and seal the bag tightly.

Step 3

Turn the bag to distribute the marinade, place bag in a bowl, and refrigerate for 3 hours.

Step 4

Remove Chicken from marinade and discard marinade.

Step 5

Grill over direct medium heat, skin side down first, until meat is firm to the touch and no longer pink in the center, 8 to 10 minutes, turning once.

Step 6

Serve warm.
