Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons hot chili oil
  • 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
  • 4 (6 ounces each) boneless chicken breasts, skin on

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a medium bowl, whisk together the first 6 ingredients.

  • Step 2: Place the chicken in a large, re-sealable plastic bag and pour in the marinade; press out the air and seal the bag tightly.

  • Step 3: Turn the bag to distribute the marinade, place bag in a bowl, and refrigerate for 3 hours.

  • Step 4: Remove Chicken from marinade and discard marinade.

  • Step 5: Grill over direct medium heat, skin side down first, until meat is firm to the touch and no longer pink in the center, 8 to 10 minutes, turning once.

  • Step 6: Serve warm.
