Step 1: In a medium bowl, whisk together the first 6 ingredients.
Step 2: Place the chicken in a large, re-sealable plastic bag and pour in the marinade; press out the air and seal the bag tightly.
Step 3: Turn the bag to distribute the marinade, place bag in a bowl, and refrigerate for 3 hours.
Step 4: Remove Chicken from marinade and discard marinade.
Step 5: Grill over direct medium heat, skin side down first, until meat is firm to the touch and no longer pink in the center, 8 to 10 minutes, turning once.
Step 6: Serve warm.
