Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine the chicken, diced dill pickles, and green onion in a bowl.
Step 2
In a separate bowl combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, dill pickle juice, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add a little extra pickle juice or mayo if it doesn't seem creamy enough.
Step 3
Pour over the chicken salad and gently fold together until well combined.
Step 4
Chill before serving.

Serve with croissants, rolls, or lettuce leaves.
