  • 1 cup minced dill pickles
  • 1/3 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese, light is ok
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise, light is ok
  • 1 tablespoon dill pickle juice
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine the chicken, diced dill pickles, and green onion in a bowl.

  • Step 2: In a separate bowl combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, dill pickle juice, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add a little extra pickle juice or mayo if it doesn't seem creamy enough.

  • Step 3: Pour over the chicken salad and gently fold together until well combined.

  • Step 4: Chill before serving.

  • Step 5: Serve with croissants, rolls, or lettuce leaves.

  • Step 6: Covered left overs will last for about 3 days.
