Step 1

In a large bowl, combine all the salad ingredients and toss with the reserved dressing.

NOTE: If desired, serve this salad over a bed of greens. This also makes a great wrap or served in a seeded melon half.

Very, very good! I didn't weigh the chicken, just used the entire breast of a smallish rotisserie chicken and made just half the dressing. It was absolutely perfect! I used moondrop grapes because we already had them on hand, and loved the crunch of the celery and onions. It was too good to put on bread, so we ate this straight up for lunch today. So, so good!!!

This was great! I made about a half batch and served it over a bed of lettuce. What a good idea for using left over rotisserie chicken! I forgot the nuts when I took the picture and remember them after the first few bites, but really, it was just as satisfying without. Will be going into Best of folder.

This is such a tasty chicken salad...I served it on toasted bread...I can see serving them on mini croissants as an appetizer...I cut the recipe in half and it made the perfect about for the two of us with leftovers...I didn't have the red onions so used a sweet onion...we loved the crunch of the pecans and the celery... made for "FYC" tag game...
