"This is out of a clean eating magazine. It's suppose to serve 1 but I'm thinking it would make a quick snack for 2."

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Step 2

Place mushrooms, upside down, on a baking tray and top each with salsa, green onions and cheese.

Step 3

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.

I just made the one large mushroom but could not bring myself to remove the gills for to me that is were all the flavour is otherwise made as directed and served with a fried egg (unfortunately the yolk broke on me) and some toast which I hoped to mop up a runny yolk with. Thorough enjoyed the mushroom, thank you TeresaS made for First Time tag game at FF&FF.
