  • 1/2 cup salsa (low-sodium salsa)
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F.

  • Step 2: Place mushrooms, upside down, on a baking tray and top each with salsa, green onions and cheese.
