Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix together the brown sugar, garlic powder, dill, salt and pepper and rub over the flesh part of the salmon filet.
Step 2
Place in the refrigerator and allow to sit for 1 hour.
Step 3
Place the filet, skin side down into the smoker.
Step 4
Smoke at 275 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour.
Step 5
Remove from smoker, cool and serve.
