"This is recipe I put together for our smoker and it turned out so tasty. Just enough heat for me. Please keep in mind that the cook time is just a guideline as this can be different depending on size of wings and type of smoker you are using. If gluten intolerant make sure you are using gluten free beer and soy sauce."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place the wings in a large re-sealable plastic bag along with the beer, pressed garlic and soy sauce.
Step 2
Marinate for 4 to 6 hours refrigerated.
Step 3
Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients together and set aside.
Step 4
Remove wings from marinade and toss in a bowl with the spice mix.
Step 5
Smoke at 250 degrees Fahrenheit for 2 hours or longer, until wings reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees on a meat thermometer. (This will vary greatly depending on size of wings and type of smoker you are using.
Step 6
Toss with your favourite BBQ sauce and serve.
