I would give it 10 out of 10 if I could absolutely delicious over a sirloin steak and thoroughly enjoyed. I made a half serve which made up for three meals was great by itself on a some toast and as part of an omelette. Thank you FEM made for For Your Consideration tag game at FF&F.

10 Stars! I made these to top a steak. I no longer have an outdoor grill, and miss the smoke flavor in my steak, and this gives me that flavor. Loved the bbq sauce also. Going into my Best of book.

Awesome stuff! I made this to go over a burger and it was delicious. Loved the liquid smoke and bbq sauce in this too. Now I'm planning on using this on lots of things. lol. Thanks for sharing this great keeper, Nat. It's already in my Best of cookbook for this year.

Awesome recipe Nat! Used a mixture of crimini/white button mushrooms and a splash of red wine. I served it with Venison tenderloin for DH and he was in heaven. Will save and make this again. Thank you for sharing. Made for Billboard Recipe tag.

Ten stars! I almost cut this recipe down to two servings, but am so glad I didn't! I served this alongside Trader Joe's crispy Pork Belly - oh my goodness was it good! We did have some leftovers, and tomorrow morning I'll promptly use it as a filling for an omelet. Can't wait to try it over burgers sometime. This is going straight into my faves. Oh - I thought the amount of liquid smoke would be overwhelming, but it definitely wasn't. I found I was out of BBQ sauce (imagine that!), so I improvised with Vidalia Onion and Summer Tomato sauce. So, so good! Thanks for posting!
