"This is good recipe for those that have not tried curry, it is quite light in this recipe but still distinct. The salsan is a real shortcut for this curry recipe. Serve over rice or noodles. A banana goes nice on the side. If you wish use lite sour cream instead of the cottage cheese. The recipe is courtesy of Kraft"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place the chicken in the slow cooker

Mix together the salsa, onion and curry powder.

Pour over the chicken
Step 4
Turn to low cook 6 hours
Step 5
Remove chicken, keep warm
Step 6
Whip the cottage cheese into the salsa mixture, whisk until totally blended
Step 7
Pour over chicken and serve.
