  • 1 jar (650 ml) salsa (thick and chunky salsa)
  • 1 onion, medium (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 3/4 cup cottage cheese, 2%

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place the chicken in the slow cooker

  • Step 2: Mix together the salsa, onion and curry powder.

  • Step 3: Pour over the chicken

  • Step 4: Turn to low cook 6 hours

  • Step 5: Remove chicken, keep warm

  • Step 6: Whip the cottage cheese into the salsa mixture, whisk until totally blended

  • Step 7: Pour over chicken and serve.
