Step 1

Heat the oil over medium high heat, in a non stick skillet.

Step 2

Add the sprouts stir fry for about 8 minutes or until they begin to brown. Add onion, ginger & garlic. Toss to mix evenly.

Step 3

Season with salt & pepper.

Step 4

Add water. Cover, lower heat a bit. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the sprouts and onions are tender. Watch that it doesn't brown too much.

This was so tasty...and so easy to prepare...we loved the ginger in this dish...I kept thinking after each bite that a bit of lime juice would really take it over the top...it just seemed to be screaming for a touch of citrus...made for "Bill Board" tag game...
