"A little ginger turns these sprouts into a gourmet delight. Slicing the sprouts allows them to cook evenly and not over cook."
Heat the oil over medium high heat, in a non stick skillet.
Add the sprouts stir fry for about 8 minutes or until they begin to brown. Add onion, ginger & garlic. Toss to mix evenly.
Season with salt & pepper.
Add water. Cover, lower heat a bit. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the sprouts and onions are tender. Watch that it doesn't brown too much.
