Step 1: Heat the oil over medium high heat, in a non stick skillet.
Step 2: Add the sprouts stir fry for about 8 minutes or until they begin to brown. Add onion, ginger & garlic. Toss to mix evenly.
Step 3: Season with salt & pepper.
Step 4: Add water. Cover, lower heat a bit. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the sprouts and onions are tender. Watch that it doesn't brown too much.
