Step by Step Method
Step 1
Season both sides of each steak with seasoning salt and pepper.
Step 2
Heat oil in frypan over medium/high heat.
Step 3
Brown each side of the steaks, with the garlic, for 5 minutes, depending on the thickness of the steak and your preference of rareness.
Step 4
Add tomato wedges, cook for one minute; pour wine over steak, sizzle a few seconds more. Plate the steak and pour the reduced wine, garlic and tomtoes over the steak.
