Tomato, garlicky, and lemony salad that is delicious. Love the simplicity which is ever so quick to put together in a pinch. Used a combination of homegrown and store bought tomatoes, but by far, the homegrown shined. Great on its own and I’m having it again tomorrow with a green salad. Thank you, Bea, for sharing. Made it for Billboard and What’s on the Menu tag games.

I made as written using a variety of homegrown cherry and normal tomatoes. Such a simple yet flavoursome salad to make which was enjoyed by everyone here.

Simple? Perhaps, but it is so refreshing. My Orange tomato plant is the only one producing this year but they keep coming. I cut the recipe back to, two, small side salads. Really added to our dinner. 15 August 15 Made again as a side salad to burger - perfect.
