Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat up skillet on med heat.
Step 2
Pour flour in a bowl(add salt & pepper).
Step 3
In another bowl,mix milk & egg.
Step 4
Dip chicken in milk mix.
Step 5
Then roll in flour mix until coated.
Step 6
Place in skillet,cook until no longer pink inside.
Step 7
I cook my chicken for an hr,turning every 15 minutes.
