  • 2 chicken leg quarters
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup flour (plain)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat up skillet on med heat.

  • Step 2: Pour flour in a bowl(add salt & pepper).

  • Step 3: In another bowl,mix milk & egg.

  • Step 4: Dip chicken in milk mix.

  • Step 5: Then roll in flour mix until coated.

  • Step 6: Place in skillet,cook until no longer pink inside.

  • Step 7: I cook my chicken for an hr,turning every 15 minutes.
