" This is the easiest recipe and it turns out perfect. The lamb will be moist and tender. Great flavor. The original recipe that inspired this one was on about.com by Donna Rattray. I served over tofu pasta with peas and carrots on the side. A lovely spoonful of home made chutney was the perfect condiment. Glico curry is a Japanese curry - it comes in a solid form. Looks like a chocolate bar - it is in cubes that you can break off. Melts quickly and forms a sauce as it cooks. You do not need any thickener for this recipe"
