Step 1: Put all the ingredients in a saucepan, stir, bring to a boil
Step 2: Turn the heat down to very low, cover and slow simmer for an hour and a half or until the lamb is tender. Stir several times. Add a bit more broth or water if it boils down too much.
Step 3: Serve over rice or noodles
