Step by Step Method
Step 1
Add 2 cups water to a medium pot and bring to a boil over high heat.

Add the rice and sesame oil.
Step 3
Stir to combine, place the lid on the pot and turn heat to lowest setting
Step 4
Cook ten minutes on low, then turn the heat off completely.
Step 5
Let the rice sit, covered, for 15 minutes
Step 6
Remove the lid and fluff the rice with a fork. Add sesame seeds.
