Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 240°C.
Step 2
Combine marinara mix, garlic and oil in a large bowl and toss to coat, then set aside for 15 minutes to marinate.
Step 3
If using ball of cough roll out.
Step 4
Spread sauce over pizza crust or dough round, leaving a 1cm border and then sprinkle over 1/2 of the parsley and top with 1/2 of the mozzarella.
Step 5
Arrange marinated marinara mix on top, followed by remaining mozzarella.
Step 6
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese has melted and pizza dough edge is golden and crisp.
Step 7
Scatter with red onion, lemon zest and remaining parsley and spoon 8 small mounds of caviar around pizza edge.
Step 8
Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
