Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 250 grams marinara mix (or mix of seafood of choice)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 110 gram pizza crust (1 ball pizza dough specified)
  • 1/3 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon flat-leaf parsley leaves, finely chopped
  • 60 grams mozzarella cheese (torn into bite-size pieces)
  • 1/4 red onion, very finely diced (small onion)
  • 1/4 lemon, zested
  • 2 tablespoons caviar (lumpfish caviar)
  • 1 lemon (cut into wedges, to serve)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 240°C.

  • Step 2: Combine marinara mix, garlic and oil in a large bowl and toss to coat, then set aside for 15 minutes to marinate.

  • Step 3: If using ball of cough roll out.

  • Step 4: Spread sauce over pizza crust or dough round, leaving a 1cm border and then sprinkle over 1/2 of the parsley and top with 1/2 of the mozzarella.

  • Step 5: Arrange marinated marinara mix on top, followed by remaining mozzarella.

  • Step 6: Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese has melted and pizza dough edge is golden and crisp.

  • Step 7: Scatter with red onion, lemon zest and remaining parsley and spoon 8 small mounds of caviar around pizza edge.

  • Step 8: Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
