Step by Step Method

Step 1

Cook the scallops in butter until browned lightly on both sides. These rascals were big.

Step 2

Season them lightly with salt, lemon pepper and paprika.

Step 3

Season the mixed greens.

Step 4

Divide into 4 bowls.

Step 5

On top of each: sprinkle cheese, (feta), olives, onions and craisins equally between the 4 bowls.

Step 6

Then put the the mandarin oranges over the top, use 2 containers so you get enough.

Step 7

Then divide the scallops on top equally. It looked like they had 3. Bet you get more. lol
