"A tasty variation on scrambled eggs. We like this for luch, as we don't usually eat a big breakfast."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Melt butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat.

Step 2

Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl.

Step 3

When butter is melted, add eggs to pan and let cook without stirring for 1 minute. When edges start to firm, add salami and cheese and stir lightly until eggs are done to your liking. (I like mine soft and bit wet).

Step 4

Season with salt and pepper and serve with toast.

Yummy! I made this with sharp cheddar...it was very dominate so next time I'll use a milder cheese...love the salami...it's already salty so watch the salt...very easy to prepare...I'm glad we tried it...made for "Pick Me" tag game...

Bergy

I don't know why I have never thought of adding salami to scrambled eggs - it is delicious. Then add some cheese and it really comes alive. These will be made often!
