The ingredients are:
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk (or cream)
  • 1/2 cup diced salami (I use a peppered salami)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (I use a blend of cheddar and jack)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Melt butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat.

  • Step 2: Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl.

  • Step 3: When butter is melted, add eggs to pan and let cook without stirring for 1 minute. When edges start to firm, add salami and cheese and stir lightly until eggs are done to your liking. (I like mine soft and bit wet).

  • Step 4: Season with salt and pepper and serve with toast.
