Step 1: Melt butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat.
Step 2: Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl.
Step 3: When butter is melted, add eggs to pan and let cook without stirring for 1 minute. When edges start to firm, add salami and cheese and stir lightly until eggs are done to your liking. (I like mine soft and bit wet).
Step 4: Season with salt and pepper and serve with toast.
