Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a skillet over low heat, melt butter.

Step 2

And add onions and ham cook 5 minutes.

Step 3

Add mushrooms cook 5 more minutes.

Step 4

In another skillet, spray with pam, then melt butter.

Step 5

Mix cream with eggs. Pour in, cook on low.

Step 6

Serve ham mixture on side of eggs.

I cut the recipe back to one serving (2 eggs) with no problem. Very nice combination. I will make this for dinner one night. Another good recipe that will go into my Brunch cook book.
