  • 2 tablespoons minced yellow onion
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • 5 ounces fresh mushrooms (5 whole mushrooms, sliced)
  • FOR EGG MIXTURE
  • 8 large eggs
  • 8 teaspoons cream
  • 1 teaspoon butter

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a skillet over low heat, melt butter.

  • Step 2: And add onions and ham cook 5 minutes.

  • Step 3: Add mushrooms cook 5 more minutes.

  • Step 4: In another skillet, spray with pam, then melt butter.

  • Step 5: Mix cream with eggs. Pour in, cook on low.

  • Step 6: Serve ham mixture on side of eggs.
