Step by Step Method

Step 1

Heat oven to 375°F. Grease rectangular baking dish, 11X7. Cook bacon in 12-inch skillet over medium heat, turning occasionally, until crisp; drain on paper towels and cool. Crumble bacon into small pieces.

Step 2

Mix apple and sugar; spread in baking dish. Stir Bisquick, milk and eggs until blended; pour over apple. Sprinkle with bacon and cheese.

Step 3

Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Mr picky liked this alot ,if you like dutch babies you will like this i only used 5 strips of bacon and 2 apples spray pam it likes to stick ,this is a winner
