"Every year at our annual work Christmas party one of the girls brings in this appy. I don't eat meat, but my family loves these. If you like your veggies a little crisper, refrain from cooking them with the sausage."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2

Lightly spray a muffin tin with some cooking spray and line a cupcake pan each with wonton wrappers. You’ll have to fold them a little along the edges to press them in to stay down but the filling will help with that. (I also give them another little spray to hold them in place.)

Step 3

Bake your wonton cups empty for 5 minutes. This will help keep them crisp and keep shape for the filling being baked in them.

Step 4

Mix the remaining ingredients together and divide evenly into each cup.

Step 5

Return to oven for another 5 minutes or until golden and bubbly.

Step 6

Cool before serving as filling is "hot".
