Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 package wontons
  • 1 pound sausage, browned
  • 1 2.25 ounce can black olives, sliced and chopped
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup red pepper, chopped, satute with sausage
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped,saute with sausage
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped, saute with sausage
  • 1 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/2 cup monterey jack cheddar cheese, shredded

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • Step 2: Lightly spray a muffin tin with some cooking spray and line a cupcake pan each with wonton wrappers. You’ll have to fold them a little along the edges to press them in to stay down but the filling will help with that. (I also give them another little spray to hold them in place.)

  • Step 3: Bake your wonton cups empty for 5 minutes. This will help keep them crisp and keep shape for the filling being baked in them.

  • Step 4: Mix the remaining ingredients together and divide evenly into each cup.

  • Step 5: Return to oven for another 5 minutes or until golden and bubbly.

  • Step 6: Cool before serving as filling is "hot".
