Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the flours, baking powder, salt, 1/4 tsp garlic powder and baking soda.
Step 2
Cut in 3 tablespoons butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs; add cheese.
Step 3
Stir in buttermilk just until moistened.
Step 4
Drop by two tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
Step 5
Bake at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 6
Melt remaining butter; stir in parsley flakes and remaining garlic powder. Brush over biscuits.
Step 7
Serve warm.
