Step 1

Preheat oven broiler on high. Position oven rac in center of oven. Line baking pan with foil.

Step 2

Place salmon on pan and season with salt and pepper. Chop dill; combine with mayonnaise, mustard, and paprika. Spread mustard mixture evenly over each fillet.

Step 3

Broil salmon 5–6 minutes or until topping has browned slightly and fish flakes easily. Serve.

We really enjoy salmon...the stone ground mustard is very strong tasty and overpowered the salmon...we strapped off a good portion of the topping so we could enjoy the salmon...next time I'll decrease the amount of the mustard...made for "FYC" tag game...
