The ingredients are:
  • 4 (1 1/2 pounds) salmon fillets (skin removed, 4 fillets)
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons dill, finely chopped (fresh)
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons mustard (stone-ground)
  • ½ teaspoon paprika (smoked)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven broiler on high. Position oven rac in center of oven. Line baking pan with foil.

  • Step 2: Place salmon on pan and season with salt and pepper. Chop dill; combine with mayonnaise, mustard, and paprika. Spread mustard mixture evenly over each fillet.

  • Step 3: Broil salmon 5–6 minutes or until topping has browned slightly and fish flakes easily. Serve.
