"I am trying to eat more fish, and this sounds like a great way to make salmon. I have yet to try it, so would love to hear your thoughts. Found in a fundraiser cookbook I purchased at a St. Louis thrift store, credit goes to Kathy Hoppe."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Line a 15x10x1 baking pan with heavy duty foil. Spray with cooking spray. Place salmon skin-side down on foil. Sprinkle with lemon-pepper and onion salt. Cover with onion and lemon slices, and then dot with butter.
Step 2
Fold foil around salmon and seal tightly.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Open foil carefully, allowing steam to escape. Broil 4-6 inches from the heat for 8-12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
